“ 6-1-Pho has been in this corner of Henderson and High for maybe 10 years now. Had to try the Pho-ritto and it did not disappoint. If you like vietnamese, the fusion with burrito wrapper is genius. Old standby of Pho and Cha Gio is still as good as ever. Friendly people, easy-in-out, and reasonable pricing. ”
“ Look, if you have never had Pho before you need to come to this place...pronto. Today was the first time I ever stepped foot in this establishment and I can guarantee I will be back. The flavors in the broth alone can stand on their own. Everything else you get in that bowl is just extra razzle dazzle. The magic is in that bone broth. It was full of flavor, full of all the right seasonings and spices. Each spice was the star of their own show that they all work together to create this ensemble of flavors that will blow your mind! They are 100% doing it right here!!! ”
“ 10/10 chef's kiss been going here for YEARS! I've never ventured out too far when it comes to eating/trying foods other than what I was use to. I'll tell you this - what a mistake! First time I came here I ordered the Pho soup bowl w/everything, beef for the protein along with beef broth. I have never gotten anything different, since. The flavor is absolutely amazing. The bean sprouts give the soup a nice little crunch . *Mouth watering & stomach growling typing this* I do wish it came with a little more beef. I rip the pieces up so it last longer. It's 4.75 for added beef protein , a little high I think... The fresh ingredients are also a big plus! Certainly increases the taste. Love dining in , atmosphere is lovely, calm and not very loud (depending if it's super busy, the standing/sitting room isn't that big.) it is always very clean! obviously the wonderful aroma is an added bonus ; which I do believe is from the broth! As well as, it being made fresh. Ladddled from big ol pot to big bowl! Steaming hot ! My husband has tried 2 of their "sandwiches/subs" - not sure what you'd call it - they weren't bad, but didn't make a big impression. The bun vs protein/veggie combo is off. Way too much bread of the little you get on it. My opinion it would be better with a pita or tortilla sort of wrap. They do seem to go light on the proteins with different items, I've noticed. Getting to-go is awesome too. Secured containers! Keep in the heat very well. You get free Tupperware getting it to-go is just as good as dining in, as long as you get that broth still really hot. Thick brown paper bag to carry it. Offered/given spoon and chopsticks . Always have had a lovely experience. Friendly workers. Great atmosphere. Overall LOL great freaking place!! “ The homies and I had a craving for banh mi/pho and had to investigate the best Viet spots in Columbus. This is how we landed on 6-1-Pho. As another reviewer mentioned, it’s like the Vietnamese chipotle. You go through a line and can pick toppings for your pho. I got their combo meat special pho and was very pleased. The broth was flavorful and not too sweet as some places make it. There was a generous portion of meat. Overall the size of the bowl was decent too. A very satisfying meal. My friends got the bowl of rice with chicken and the banh mi. The bread for the banh mi wasn’t a typical toasted baguette that we’re used to but it wasn’t bad. All in all I say it’s a good place you get your banh mi and pho cravings addressed. Random aside - the bathroom was very clean as well. ”
“ 6-1-Pho is the restaurant I most regularly frequent in Columbus. I like it a lot and the prices are good, the food is even better and the workers are always friendly. What I like about this place is the food can satisfy a meat eater, a vegan, or a gluten free person all the same. I generally get the marinated tofu pho and my partner the chicken pho- both are great and I think their broth is perfect. They started using flatter noodles which are less good than the more round noodles they used to use so I hope they switch back! I get to go and they have this down to a science- they have a good packing system that makes sure you don’t spill and the food tastes good when you get it home. ”
“ First time I came here, it was dinner rush & VERY busy. I ordered takeout and wasn't terribly happy with it -- the noodles were undercooked & the broth was kind of flavorless. BUT, I decided to give them another try and I'm SO glad I did! This time around, I popped in around 2pm on a Tuesday & ate in the restaurant. I ordered the exact same thing -- vegetarian pho with marinated tofu -- and it was SO GOOD. There must be a difference in the way they serve takeout vs in-house. ”
“ My first time trying pho and my first time here at 6-1. I knew what I wanted but ordered the wrong thing the manager was so kind! He remade what I actually wanted and didn’t charge me for it even though it was my mistake! The customer service was great and the food was excellent! The chicken broth was AMAZING. Very flavorful like previous comments have said, one reason why I picked this place to try. 6-1-Pho did not disappoint, I will definitely be back! ”
“ 6-1-Pho offers a nice casual atmosphere and delicious food. The staff is friendly, and quick. The ingredients are fresh and the broth is also very tasty. My only gripe is the beef can be fatty/chewy so I prefer to get the chicken bowl. If you're not bothered by that though, you can't really go wrong with anything here! Edit: I go here about once a week, and the other times I've been here, the beef has been better. Changed from 4 to 5. An excellent place to eat ”
